- Teams representing Otago and competing at a South Island based tournament hosted by Basketball New Zealand.

- A competitive playing outlet to continue developing game experience
- Otago Metro/Lakes Reps
- Regional structure. Provides a development opportunity for all players in the representative programme.

- Nationals
- Hosted by Basketball New Zealand. A tournament you have to qualify for, competing against the best teams in New Zealand.
- Mainlands
- Development opportunity for our B teams to compete against teams in the South Island.
