High Performance Training
Want to know what it feels like to train like a pro athlete?
Each 2 hour training will have 5 themes:
Injury prevention and Dynamic Warm-up
Position skill breakdown
Strength and Conditioning
Cool Down & Recovery
Sessions will be run by Development Officer Natalie Visger, former college athlete, pro athlete and current Goldrush player.
She will be assisted by local coaches and athletes.
Learn drills and exercises to improve your ability as a player and as an athlete.
16-18 April at the Edgar Centre
Juniors (rep. athletes aged 13-15) from Noon to 2pm
Seniors (rep. athletes aged 16-18) from 2pm-4pm
Space is limited, so register soon.
Cost - $50 for 3 days (less than $9 per day), or a daily rate of $20 ($10 per day) if you can’t attend all 3 days.
