2019 NZ Tall Fern’s Manager appointed as Gold Rush Team Manager

Basketball Otago is delighted to announce that former NZ Tall Ferns player and 2019 Tall Ferns Team Manager, Lisa Wallbutton, has been appointed as the Otago Gold Rush Team Manager for the 2020 Sal’s NBL campaign.  This is another exciting development for the Gold Rush in 2020 and Basketball Otago General Manager said “It’s fantastic to have someone of Lisa’s background and expertise to take on this vital role with the Gold Rush.  We already have 2019 Junior Tall Blacks coach Gavin Briggs appointed as Head Coach, and to have someone of Lisa’s international experience and knowledge supporting Gavin and the players is such a great positive for the team”.  Good luck to Lisa, Gavin, and the team for 2020.
